In a world where humans stood superior over the fairy race that shared their physical qualities, humans lived dispersed yet detached from sprite communities. All was balanced in the natural world until the figure of admiration - a female fairy by the name of Venustus, with an exquisite pair of wings - made her appearance into the world. Her wings were like none of her kind, and soon became the envy of both humans and fairies across the globe.
Now this fairy had a boyfriend, Ciro, who saw the many threats imposed upon her. As rumors spread about Venustus' wings having special powers of healing, people became more vibrant in their plot to steal her wings. Fear of being ripped apart from his beloved one, Ciro felt pressured to become stronger. Because more than anything, he desired to be with her. This fear of his grew as the threats continued to increase in number and Venustus' life was time and time again put in peril. His world rapidly diminished until he saw nothing but her, and with his determination for power, he became stronger.
He had yet to know that what he had become was not at all within the power of humans nor fairies to deal with; a monster. After some point many cases of people randomly disappearing occurred. Not many questioned it until the rate of such happenings had continually increased, and by this time Venustus came to realize that Ciro was responsible for these incidents. After pleading with him, out of desperation to save the humans who had wronged her, she killed him. But it was too late, and she remained on Earth alone. After she had done the deed she fell into the pits of despair, causing her life to fade. Life had ended on Earth.
